1/2 cup apple or orange juice
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)

Not everybody wants their green smoothie to be, well, green. No matter how healthy you are (or trying to be) sometimes you just want your “green” smoothies to be a little less green.
