Fighting Smartphone Addiction
One of the easiest way to fight smartphone addiction is to delete social media from your phone all together. What many may not realize is they will bounce from app to app with almost zero thought. Just picture your nightly situation, scrolling your way through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram until you fall asleep and drop your phone on your face.
Another way to end the cycle is to just put your phone away. On the subway? Read the newspaper or grab a book. Another thing you could do is delete all the games off of your phone, and use it only for direct communication.
